By submitting cards to Harvbo Cards LLC — whether in person at a show, at our home office, or by mail — you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Grading Terms and Conditions

1. Pricing and Upcharges
   The listed prices are subject to change and do not include potential upcharges imposed by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator). All upcharges are determined solely at PSA’s discretion. Harvbo Cards LLC has no control over PSA’s grading fees or upcharges.

2. Payment Terms
   Full payment for grading services is due upon notification that items have been returned from PSA. Grades will not be released until full payment is received.

   • A $25 late fee will be assessed on all unpaid balances after 30 days from the original notice date.

   • Orders unpaid after 90 days from the original notice date will be considered forfeited and become the property of Harvbo Cards LLC.

3. Liability for Loss or Damage

   Harvbo Cards LLC shall not be held liable for any loss of, or damage to, items while in transit to or from PSA, or while in PSA’s possession. Although packages are fully insured during shipment to and from PSA, Harvbo Cards LLC does not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the outcome of any insurance or carrier claim.

   In the event of a lost or damaged package, Harvbo Cards LLC shall not be responsible for reimbursing the customer for the value of the items. 

   For items lost or damaged while in PSA’s possession, all claims and resolutions must be directed to PSA, and any compensation or determination provided will be subject solely to PSA’s policies and discretion.

4. Pre-Screening and Review Disclaimer
   Any pre-screening, review, or opinion provided by Harvbo Cards LLC is strictly subjective and not a guarantee of any specific grade, authenticity, or outcome.

5. Cracking Slabs
   Upon request, Harvbo Cards LLC may assist in removing (“cracking”) cards from graded holders for resubmission or return in raw form. This process carries inherent risks, including potential damage to the card or case. Harvbo Cards LLC assumes no liability for any damage that occurs during this process, despite using reasonable care.

6. Turnaround Times
   All turnaround times are estimates only and are based on time frames provided by PSA in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). No guarantee is made regarding actual completion times.

Autograph Authentication Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms
   All PSA/DNA (autograph authentication) fees are due at the time of submission to Harvbo Cards LLC and must be paid before items are sent to PSA. These fees are non-refundable, including in cases where PSA determines an item is not authentic.

2. Delayed or Unpaid Orders
   Failure to make timely payment may result in delayed order processing or submission.

3. Liability for Loss or Damage
   Harvbo Cards LLC is not responsible for any damage to, or loss of, items while in transit to or from PSA, or while in PSA’s possession. Any disputes must be handled directly through PSA’s claims process.

4. Turnaround Times
   All turnaround times are estimates only and are based on PSA’s published processing schedules in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). No guarantee is made regarding actual completion times.
